Deposits and Cancellation Fees

CLIENTS ARE EXPECTED TO ARRIVE FOR THEIR APPOINTMENTS ON TIME.PLEASE ADVISE OF CANCELLATION AT LEAST 24 HOURS PRIOR TO APPOINTIMENT. FAILURE TO DO SO OR SHOW FOR AN APPOINTMENT WILL RESULT IN THE FULL COST OF THE TREATMENT BEING CHARGED.

SPA DAYS WILL REQUIRE A 50% DEPOSIT AT THE TIME OF BOOKING, AND CANCELLATION WITHIN 7 DAYS OF THE APPOINTMENT WILL RESULT IN THE FULL COST OF THE DAY BEING CHARGED.

PLEASE NOTE GIFT VOUCHERS ARE VALID FOR 6 MONTHS FROM DATE OF ISSUE. THEY ARE NON REFUNDABLE AND CANNOT BE EXCHANGED FOR CASH.

A valid credit card will be required to secure all appointments of 60 minutes or more.
